RECEPTIONIST
We are looking for a receptionist to join our friendly team. Providing a warm welcome and a can-do attitude, as part of the reception team you are the first point of contact for many guests. You will be dealing with reservations and requests from guests, whether by email, phone or face to face. Responsibilities include welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner, consistently demonstrating great customer service, making reservations and ensuring the customers’ expectations are met and exceeded.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE ASSISTANT
Ednam House Hotel currently looking to recruit a Food & Beverage Assistant, reporting into the Food & Beverage management team. The main responsibilities of the role will be to the day to day duties of meal service operations across breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner – and including function and events when required. The role will involve significant guest interaction so customer service expectations will be a high priority and well as the ability to work closely with the kitchen team and other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to develop good working relationships with staff members. Previous experience in working within a 3* hotel or quality restaurant or bar, experience of working in a busy environment and basic food hygiene knowledge is desirable.

HOUSEKEEPING ASSISTANT
We are looking for a housekeeper to join our friendly team. To clean bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas to a quality standard and to ensure all room facilities are working. To self-check rooms to the minimum standard required by the hotel and rectify if standard is below company standard expectations. To stock all linen and cleaning cupboards daily. We are looking for a team player with high attention to detail, who is able to work to procedures and timelines with great customer care skills
