CHEF DE PARTIE 

We are looking to appoint a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team delivering outstanding cuisine in our restaurant, bar and function outlet. The role will involve delivering food to company standards, maintaining and rotating stock levels along with business on books, maintaining a high standard of hygiene in both personal and work area and following all food safety procedures. You’ll have the
