DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER

We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Deputy General Manager. Responsible for supporting the General Manager in the overall operational and financial performance of Ednam House Hotel with a particular focus on driving the smooth day to day management and running of all departments. The Deputy General Manager will cover the General Manager when absent and provide daily operational management to support the hotel team.

CHEF DE PARTIE

Ednam House is currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie. Reporting into the Head Chef the main duties of the role will involve the daily operation of various sections for service in the kitchen, during service periods of breakfast, lunch and dinner. As well as food preparation & service for banqueting events. Whilst complying with all relevant food safety regulations and company policies in relation to standard procedures.

We’re looking for an individual experienced in organising and prioritising the workload to ensure efficiency of service, whilst meeting the expectations of our guests. The ability to communicate effectively with other members of the kitchen and front of house team is essential to achieve and maintain our reputation as an award-winning establishment.

FOOD & BEVERAGE ASSISTANTS

Ednam House Hotel is looking for part-time food and beverage assistants to join our friendly Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidates will possess good presentation and communication skills and a passion for great customer service. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to work weekday and weekend shifts.

Responsible to: Food & Beverage Manager

Hours of Work: Part-time variable hours according to level of business

  1. Supplying the highest possible levels of customer care and service whether in the public eye or in the back of house areas.
  2. To set up the restaurant, bar and functions to the required standard.
  3. Ensuring the service and the clearance of food as required throughout the Food and Beverage Department.
  4. To keep the area under your control tidy, clean and free from all used trays and crockery at all times.
