Our Garden
Ednam House sits in its three acres of landscaped garden on the banks of the River Tweed. The garden boasts two large lawned areas which are ideal to enjoy an afternoon tea or simply sit with a glass of wine and watch the river go by.
One of our lawns is also ideal for arriving by helicopter - perfect for making a grand entrance !
Following the gravel paths, you will discover all the charming little corners, including our vine sheltered pergola by the river; here you can sit peacefully and fully enjoy the view of the garden. With three acres, you can imagine how busy our gardner Miles is, however he is always ready to spare a few moments and share is vast knowledge of gardening.
The garden provides all the flowers needed for the beautiful arrangements displayed around the hotel; in addition and in season we provide these arrangements and flowers for the table for wedding receptions and functions, at no extra charge.
