1905. The course lies on a gently sloping hillside. The second fairway is steeper, but, from the top, there are beautiful views of Lauderdale. The 'signature holes' are 'The Wood', a dog-leg par 4, and 'The Quarry' a blind par 3 of 150 yards. Over the last 4 years the club has carried out a development programme of installation of water on the greens and an extensive drainage system in order to extend the playing season. A pond is a new feature two-thirds of the way along the first fairway. visitors can choose to play off the yellow of the white tees, the latter providing different driving areas on the second nine.

Club Champion's Tip: Lauder golf course is one of the few remaining truly unspoiled heathland courses in the country, with superb views and great greens. Our course is a must for golfers of any ability.
