SALMON FISHING


Ednam House overlooks the Junction Pool on the Tweed, one of the most prolific beat. Stretching 90 miles across the Borders, the River Tweed is the most popular of Scottish Rivers for salmon fishing. Whilst we do not own any fishing, through our experience as fishermen we can help you choosing your beat. Ednam House has long been a favourite due to its location and wealth of experience.

The Tweed benefits from one of the longest salmon fishing season in Scotland, starting on the 1st of February until the 30th of November each year. Ednam House is located on "middle Tweed" and access to the surrounding beats is easy.
